Field Trip Terms & Conditions
By reserving a Pumpkin Daze School or Homeschool Field Trip, the booking organization and all attendees agree to the following policies:
Reservations: Field trips are available on select Wednesdays through Fridays in October and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are required.
Payment Options: Schools may either:
Pay in full when reserving their field trip online, or
Reserve their preferred date and time online and pay upon arrival on the day of their visit.
Final Attendance: Your final balance will be based on the number of students and chaperones who check in on the day of your visit.
Attendance Changes: Please notify Abbey Farms of any significant changes to your expected attendance at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled field trip whenever possible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: If your group is unable to attend, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Whenever available, Abbey Farms will make every effort to reschedule your visit to another field trip date. If rescheduling is not possible and payment has already been made, refunds will be issued less any applicable processing or service fees.
Admission: All students, chaperones, and additional guests must have a valid field trip admission ticket. Teachers and school staff receive complimentary admission.
Chaperones: A minimum ratio of one (1) chaperone for every five (5) students is required. Chaperones are responsible for supervising the students in their care throughout the visit.
Arrival: Please arrive near your scheduled reservation time to allow for check-in. If your group expects to arrive significantly late, please contact Abbey Farms so we can accommodate your visit whenever possible.
Rain or Shine: Field trips are held rain or shine. Pumpkin Daze is an outdoor farm experience, so guests should dress appropriately for the weather and expect uneven or muddy ground after rain.
Safety: The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. Abbey Farms reserves the right to temporarily delay, modify, or close attractions due to weather, field conditions, or other circumstances that may impact guest safety.
Farm Rules: Pumpkin Daze takes place on a working farm. Guests are expected to remain in designated guest areas, follow posted rules, and comply with instructions from Abbey Farms staff. Abbey Farms reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
Lunches: Groups are welcome to bring sack lunches. Picnic seating is available throughout the farm on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
Photography: Abbey Farms may photograph or record activities during field trips for promotional purposes. By attending, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used unless otherwise restricted by their school's policies and communicated to Abbey Farms in advance.
Questions: If you have any questions before your visit, please contact us at
