Admission
A valid ticket is required for entry.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of purchase.
Pumpkin Daze uses timed-entry tickets to help manage attendance throughout the day, providing a more enjoyable experience with reduced crowding and shorter wait times.
Limited tickets may be available at the gate but are not guaranteed.
Abbey Farms reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates park policies.
Your Visit:
Most guests spend approximately 2–3 hours enjoying Pumpkin Daze, but you're welcome to stay and enjoy the festival for as long as you'd like during operating hours.
Attraction availability may vary due to weather, maintenance, staffing, or other operational needs.
Some attractions have height, age, or safety requirements.

Parent & Guardian Responsibility:
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

For guest safety, parents or guardians must assist children when loading and unloading certain attractions, including:

Payments:
Abbey Farms accepts all major credit and debit cards throughout the farm. Limited cash registers are available for cash transactions.

Guest Policies:
To help provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the Fall Festival Grounds.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Pumpkins, food, beverages, retail merchandise, and other purchases are sold separately unless otherwise noted.
Abbey Farms reserves the right to close attractions or modify operations due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Farm Safety & Assumption of Risk:
Abbey Farms is an active agritourism destination, not a playground. Uneven terrain, farm equipment, animals, changing weather conditions, and other natural hazards are part of the farm experience.

By entering Abbey Farms, you acknowledge that participation in farm activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all posted rules, attraction requirements, and instructions from Abbey Farms staff during your visit.

Guest hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Abbey Farms, Marmion Abbey d/b/a Abbey Farms, Marmion Inc., and their respective officers, directors, managers, owners, partners, employees, and agents for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the inherent risks associated with visiting Abbey Farms, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Aurora, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Photography & Video:
By entering Abbey Farms, you acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during your visit. These images may be used by Abbey Farms for marketing, advertising, social media, and other promotional purposes without compensation.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Pumpkin Daze is an outdoor event and operates in most weather conditions. Tickets are non-refundable due to weather unless Abbey Farms closes the festival for the day.

Optional Purchase Protection is available during checkout. Guests who purchase this coverage may be eligible for a 100% refund if a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents attendance, subject to the Purchase Protection provider's terms and conditions.
